We are so excited to share the news of our upcoming wedding! After months of planning and preparation, we are thrilled to invite you and your family to our special day. Our wedding will take place on Saturday, May 25, 2023 in the beautiful city of Austin, Texas. As we begin to plan our wedding, we are so thankful for all of the support and love from our family and friends.
Where We Will Be Getting Married
We will be getting married at the historic St. James Episcopal Church in downtown Austin. The church is a stunning example of classic Texas architecture and has been a part of the Austin community for over 100 years. The ceremony will begin at 4:00 p.m. and we hope you will join us for the celebration.
Where We Will Celebrate Afterwards
Following the ceremony, we will be hosting a wonderful reception at the Four Seasons Hotel in downtown Austin. The reception will feature delicious food, drinks, music and dancing. We look forward to celebrating this special occasion with all of our family and friends.
Accommodations
We have worked to make accommodations convenient and affordable for all of our guests. We have reserved a block of rooms at the Four Seasons Hotel at a discounted rate. We have also reserved a block of rooms at the nearby Hampton Inn. For those who wish to stay in a more budget-friendly option, we have provided a list of nearby AirBnB rentals.
RSVP and Gift Registry
We kindly ask that you RSVP to our wedding by April 15, 2023. We have also set up a gift registry at Target, Bed Bath and Beyond and Amazon. We kindly ask that any gifts purchased from the registry be sent directly to our home.
Our Wedding Day Attire
For the ceremony, we kindly ask that all guests wear formal attire. For the reception, we would prefer semi-formal attire. We kindly request that all guests refrain from wearing jeans or t-shirts to the wedding.
Other Important Details
We kindly request that all guests refrain from taking photos or videos during the ceremony. We also kindly ask that all guests respect the noise level during the ceremony. We understand that our wedding is a special occasion and we want to ensure that all of our guests are able to enjoy the day as much as possible.
